Django1.4 で syncdb でテーブルを作成をするとスーパーユーザー登録ところでエラーが出る件

(環境: MacOSX10.7, Python2.7, Django1.4)

syncdbしてテーブル作成しようとするとエラー

スーパーユーザのアカウント作成するとこでエラー出る。

$python manage.py syncdb
